There's more than an hour of processing in this beauty retouch, despite a wonderful face to shoot and talented makeup. The reason is that the expectation for this type image is an unreal, idealistic beauty that doesn't exist in reality. The time lies in correcting every detail in a way that looks real. Human beings have pores, so you can't just blur the skin (like you sometimes see, unfortunately).
